Ryan Green

Managing Director

Ryan has led the business since 2005 with a hands-on, progressive and highly personable approach, with over 15 years’ experience and ownership of Clayton Glass. A lover of food and a keen skier, Ryan is married with three children and lives in Leeds.

Jason McCabe

Commercial Director

Jason is an engineering graduate with 20 years’ IGU manufacturing and sales experienc. Arriving at Clayton Glass in 2000, he has an all-round technical knowledge of IGU. Jason is married with one son and loves nothing more than escaping to the Lake District.

Mark Hibbert

Operations Director

Mark joined Clayton Glass in May 2022 following years of experience in the door industry, where Clayton were one of Mark’s key suppliers! Mark has tremendous knowledge of operations, manufacturing, and business improvement, not only in the UK, but also in the USA and Japan. Mark is a keen sportsman, a long-time Manchester United fan, and enjoys spending time with his wife and grown-up children.

Mark Robinson

Finance Director

Mark is a qualified finance lead having worked in private practice for seven years and manufacturing for 27 years, mostly within the composite door/IGU sector. Joining the Clayton Glass team in 2021, Mark is married with two sons and enjoys family time, keeping fit and socialising.

Joanne Honour

Customer Service Manager

Over the years Joanne has built possibly the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team in the glass industry. Joanne has been at Clayton Glass since 2003 and is married with a daughter.

Simon Lilley

Regional Sales Manager

Simon is a more recent addition to the sales team, joining the business in 2019. Simon is vastly experienced when it comes to fenestration sales, specialising in insulated glass units, and has worked in the industry for a long time.

Paul Irvine

Regional Sales Manager

Paul has been in the glass industry for over 30 years with a wealth of experience in manufacturing and sales. Paul joined the Clayton Glass team in 2019 and is working with the team to build a successful future for Clayton Glass.

Michael Thompson

Business Development
and Training Manager

Michael has been with Clayton Glass since 2002, gaining an extensive depth and breadth of knowledge on top of prior work in building surveying and direct sales. Michael is married with a son and is a big fan of running and walking.

Josh Johnson

Customer Services Team leader
(Huthwaite)

Josh has worked in various customer service roles for the past 12 years, and joined this team just over 5 years ago. Josh admits he gets a genuine buzz out of helping customers. Josh is a fan of live music and spends a lot of time walking the dog with his partner.

Alyssa Brown

Order Processing Team Leader
(Huthwaite)

Alyssa has been part of the Huthwaite team for almost 10 years. She has a wealth of experience to offer both colleges and customers. She enjoys working with people in a fast paced and thriving environment. A new mum, who likes to spend her free time sharing new experiences with her daughter.

Jack Bernard

Marketing Executive

Jack joined the Clayton team back in March of 2019 fresh out of university, and is always striving to learn more in the field of marketing. Jack grew up in West Cumbria with a huge passion for sports including football and tennis (and is an Arsenal supporter). He also enjoys being creative. He loves Marketing and enjoys being creative with writing and drawing.

Operations

Dave Rowlands

Operations Manager

Dave brings with him considerable expertise in business operations and logistics. This ensures that deliveries are achieved on time and in full with a high success rate. Dave joined Clayton Glass in 1995 and is married with a son, daughter and his 2 dogs.

Dan Cox

Operations Manager
(Huthwaite and Blackburn)

Dan has 25 years’ IGU manufacturing experience and has also occasionally dabbled in Toughening Plant sales; arriving at Clayton Glass in 2021, via several other well-known Glass Processing Companies. Dan is married with kids and outside of work, his happy place is that happy place – Turf Moor,  home of Burnley FC.

Jonathan Bryan

Group Transport Manager

Jonathan is situated at Clayton Glass Huthwaite, and has been since April 2019. Initially joining the factory under previous ownership as Business Improvement Manager, Jonathan is married with three sons, and is a big fan of all things walking and nature.

Michael Owens

Transport Manager

Mick has been with Clayton Glass since 2013, and has played a key role in the maintenance of our industry high OTIF percentage. Mick has been in the fenestration industry for a long time, and models himself on being a hero to his grandchild.

Andrew Janson

Group Engineering Manager

Andrew joined Clayton Glass back in 2009 and has a combined 21 years’ experience in engineering management. Andrew’s background is in electrical engineering. In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.

Steven Brown

Group Planning and Project Manager

Steven has over 15 years’ experience in the glass industry, with an exceptional knowledge of window and glass software, business processes and project management. Steven co-manages a Sunday league football club on a weekend, and spends all his available time with his partner and two daughters.

Claire Fox

Planning Manager

Claire started at Clayton in 2006, and has progressed to her role in planning following many years in customer service. Claire is married with 3 children. Her favourite pastime is horse riding with her daughter, and escaping on bike rides with her boys.

Gordon Bolton

Site Manager
(North Shields)

Gordon started at Clayton Glass in 2006 as a glass cutter, and worked his way up through the ranks to become Site Manager at North Shields, a position he’s now been in for 8 years. Gordon is married with 3 kids and likes to get away and do a spot of fishing in his spare time.

Scott Severns

Health and Safety Manager

Scott started at Clayton Glass in 2021, following a long career in health and safety at both Tesco and Morrisons. Scott is married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. He loves going to live music events and comedy gigs.

Tom Moore

Group Procurement
and IT Manager

Tom joined Clayton in 2020, after working in the industry for over a decade, specialising in procurement. A real family man, Tom is married with one child. His hobbies include motorbiking, watching movies and following the ‘Nottingham Panthers’ ice hockey team.

Emma Phillips

HR Manager

Emma is a well-established HR professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained working in SMEs, national brands like Warburtons and, most recently, in the public sector at The National Lottery Community Fund. In her spare time Emma likes to go out foraging and has a passion for Art.

Lynn Snailham

Office Manager

Lynn celebrated her 35-year anniversary at Clayton Glass in 2020. She has now been in the position of Office Manager at Clayton’s Harelaw HQ for a number of years. Lynn enjoys gardening, painting and walking her dogs.

Vijay Mistry

Management Accountant

Vijay is based at Clayton’s Blackburn site, and has worked in Finance in the Roof Glass/IGU manufacturing industry for the past 15 years, Joining the Clayton team in 2019.

Linda Green

Credit Manager

Linda joined Clayton Glass in 2008, and works remotely from her home in Spain. With 44 years accounting experience, 25 of which were in credit management. Linda is an experienced member of the team. Linda enjoys keeping fit and loves the Spanish lifestyle.

Sue Buck

Order Processing Team Leader

Sue began her journey in the glass industry in 2006, which has resulted in her acquiring a high level of industry knowledge and all-round experience, making her a valuable member of the young Blackburn office team. Outside of work, Sue loves spending time with her three children and walking her dogs.

Richard Holmes

Systems Administrator and Data Analyst

Richard joined Clayton Glass as our Systems Administrator & Data Analyst in 2022 following a 13 year career in education. His previous experience in administration was in the retail sector. Richard loves spending time with his family and is engaged with one child. His passion outside of work is supporting his beloved football club Derby County where he has been a season ticket holder for over 30 years.
