Mark Hibbert

Managing Director

Mark joined Clayton Glass in May 2022 following years of experience in the door industry, where Clayton were one of Mark’s key suppliers! Mark has tremendous knowledge of operations, manufacturing, and business improvement, not only in the UK, but also in the USA and Japan. Mark is a keen sportsman, a long-time Manchester United fan, and enjoys spending time with his wife and grown-up children.

Ryan Green

Director

Ryan acquired the business in 2005. Ryan has a hands-on, progressive and highly personable approach, with almost 20 years’ experience and ownership of Clayton Glass. A lover of food and a keen skier, Ryan is married with three children and lives in Harrogate.

Jason McCabe

Commercial Director

Jason is an engineering graduate with 20 years’ IGU manufacturing and sales experience. Arriving at Clayton Glass in 2000, he has an all-round technical knowledge of IGU. Jason is married with one son and loves nothing more than escaping to the Lake District.

Mark Robinson

Finance Director

Mark is a qualified finance lead having worked in private practice for seven years and manufacturing for 27 years, mostly within the composite door/IGU sector. Joining the Clayton Glass team in 2021, Mark is married with two sons and enjoys family time, keeping fit and socialising.

Commercial Team

Jason McCabe

Commercial Director

Jason is an engineering graduate with 20 years’ IGU manufacturing and sales experience. Arriving at Clayton Glass in 2000, he has an all-round technical knowledge of IGU. Jason is married with one son and loves nothing more than escaping to the Lake District.

Simon Lilley

Regional Sales Manager

Simon joined the business in 2019. Simon is vastly experienced when it comes to fenestration sales, specialising in insulated glass units, and has worked in the industry for a long time.

Michael Thompson

Business Development
and Training Manager

Michael has been with Clayton Glass since 2002, gaining an extensive depth and breadth of knowledge on top of prior work in building surveying and direct sales. Michael is married with a son and is a big fan of running and walking.

Dave Summers

Regional Sales Manager

With decades of experience in the glass industry, Dave, our Regional Sales Manager, contributes valuable knowledge to the Clayton Glass team.

Kerrie Kirk

Internal Sales Manager

Kerrie joined Clayton Glass in November 2023. Having worked in both Admin & Sales, she has over 20 years’ experience within the industry. Outside of work, Kerrie likes to socialise and spend time with her family.

Lisa Sturrock

Regional Sales Manager (Scotland)

Lisa has worked in the fenestration industry for many years (latterly Sales Director at Abacus Agents Ltd.) and while Lisa is new to glass, she is well known to many of our customers already.

Tina Moorhouse

Regional Sales Manager (Yorkshire) & Ambassador for Oakland Glass

Tina joined the business in 2024 following the acquisition of Oakland Glass in Dewsbury, where she was the former owner and director.

Helen Pickles

Dewsbury Site, Internal Sales Manager

Helen joined Oakland Glass in 1994. Helen loves spending time with family and friends and socialising.

Customer Service Team

Joanne Honour

Customer Service Manager

Over the years Joanne has built possibly the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team in the glass industry. Joanne oversees the customer service teams for all of the five Clayton Glass sites. Joanne has been at Clayton Glass since 2003 and is married with a daughter and a granddaughter.

Nigel Carroll

Customer Service Manager (Canterbury)

Customer Service Manager Nigel has been based at the Canterbury site for over 30 years, with many of these being dedicated to serving Canterbury’s customers. Nigel manages the Canterbury customer service team, containing Michael and Szabina. Nigel is an Arsenal supporter, and enjoys DIY.

Alyssa Brown

Customer Services & Order Processing Team Leader (Huthwaite)

Alyssa has been part of the Huthwaite team for almost 10 years. She has a wealth of experience to offer both colleagues and customers. She enjoys working with people in a fast paced and thriving environment. Alyssa leads the Huthwaite customer service team. A new mum, who likes to spend her free time sharing new experiences with her daughter.

Sue Buck

Order Processing Team Leader (Blackburn)

Sue began her journey in the glass industry in 2006, which has resulted in her acquiring a high level of industry knowledge and all-round experience, making her a valuable member of the young Blackburn office team. While she doesn’t technically work in customer service, Sue leads a team responsible for processing customer’s roof glass orders, a team containing Liam, Lois & Kay. Outside of work, Sue loves spending time with her three children and walking her dogs.

Suzanne Hutchison

Senior Customer Service Administrator, Scotland

Suzanne is our Senior Customer Service Administrator at our Scotland Branch. Outside of work, Suzanne is a talented Resin Artist who loves making jewellery to sell on her stall.  Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family at her holiday caravan and beachcombing all over the UK.

Simon Crowley

Customer Service Administrator, Harelaw

Simon is a customer service administrator in the Harelaw branch and has 10 years of account management experience. Outside of work Simon enjoys making music and spending time with his wife and two children.

Finance Team

Lynn Snailham

Office Manager (Harelaw)

Lynn celebrated her 35-year anniversary at Clayton Glass in 2020. She has now been in the position of Office Manager at Clayton’s Harelaw HQ for a number of years. Lynn enjoys gardening, painting and loves walking in the countryside and all things nature.

Linda Bolton

Credit Manager

Linda joined Clayton Glass in 2008, and works remotely from her home in Spain. With 44 years accounting experience, 25 of which were in credit management. Linda is an experienced member of the team. Linda enjoys keeping fit and loves the Spanish lifestyle.

Wendy Danielsen

Finance Business Partner

Wendy joined Clayton Glass in 2023 as Finance Business Partner, following 25 years working in accounts environments. She loves keeping fit through running and attending combat classes, and is a big fan of socialising, meeting new people and going to gigs.

Tom Moore

Supply Chain
Development Manager

Tom joined Clayton in 2020, after working in the industry for over a decade, specialising in procurement. A real family man, Tom is married with one child. His hobbies include motorbiking, watching movies and following the ‘Nottingham Panthers’ ice hockey team.

Philip Maunder

IT Systems Analyst

Philip joined Clayton Glass in 2021 and is a valuable member of our technology team. Philip works as an IT Systems Analyst.

Jonathan Bryan

Logistics Manager

Jonathan is situated at Clayton Glass Huthwaite, and has been since April 2019. Initially joining the factory under previous ownership as Business Improvement Manager, Jonathan is married with three sons, and is a big fan of all things walking and nature.

Dan Cox

Technical Manager

Dan has 25 years’ IGU manufacturing experience and has also occasionally dabbled in Toughening Plant sales; arriving at Clayton Glass in 2021, via several other well-known Glass Processing Companies. Dan is married with kids and outside of work, his happy place is that happy place – Turf Moor,  home of Burnley FC.

Steven Brown

Operations Planning Manager

Steven has over 15 years’ experience in the glass industry, with an exceptional knowledge of window and glass software, business processes and project management. Steven co-manages a Sunday league football club on a weekend, and spends all his available time with his partner and two daughters.

Andrew Janson

Engineering Manager

Andrew joined Clayton Glass back in 2009 and has a combined 21 years’ experience in engineering management. Andrew’s background is in electrical engineering. In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.

David Rowlands

Operations Manager North

Dave brings with him considerable expertise in business operations and logistics. This ensures that deliveries are achieved on time and in full with a high success rate. Dave joined Clayton Glass in 1995 and is married with a son, daughter and his 2 dogs.

Shaun Harris

Operations Manager South

Shaun has been in the industry for over 30 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in Operations, being based at the Canterbury site for many years of his career. In his spare time, Shaun loves watching and playing football, and supports Liverpool FC.

Chris Davis

Manufacturing Site Lead (Scotland)

Chris is based up at Clayton Glass Scotland, where he holds the position of Production Manager.

Donna Clifford

Site Planning Manager (Scotland)

Donna joined Clayton Glass in 2022 following the Scotland and Canterbury site acquisitions. Donna holds the position of Site Planning Manager at Clayton Glass Scotland.

Trevor Smith

Transport Manager
(Canterbury)

Transport Manager Trevor has been working in the industry for over 30 years, with many of these now devoted to transport. Trevor is a DIY fanatic and enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Paul Whiddett

Production Support Manager (Canterbury)

Paul joined Clayton Glass following the acquisition of the Canterbury site, after over 30 years at the facility. Paul has many years experience in a variety of roles on the factory floor and in the offices. Paul is married with three grown up kids and spends his spare time taking his Springer Spaniel for walks, gardening and bee-keeping.

Ewan Green

Process Engineer

Ewan joined Clayton Glass in 2020 and holds the role of Process Engineer. Ewan is building his experience in the fields of IT, engineering and fenestration and has a keen interest in cars.

Eve Carter

Recruitment Specialist

With extensive recruitment expertise, Eve thrives on helping individuals find fulfilling careers, and enhancing our Clayton team. Eve lives in Leeds with her rescue dachshund, Schnitzel. Eve enjoys exploring vintage fairs, and going to the theatre with friends.

Simon Pickles

Dewsbury Site Lead

Simon worked for Oakland Glass for almost 25 years in various roles. Simon enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sam Croft

Operations Manager (Central)

Sam has 19 years’ experience in the glass industry. Sam enjoys spending his spare time with his three young children, playing rugby and socialising with friends.
