Due to changes in product popularity and the reduced demand for aqua and bronze self cleaning roof glasses we are rationalising the frequency of production to two days a week, being Tuesday / Thursday. Orders placed for these glass types will be delivered on a standard lead time of 5 days, from the next Tuesday / Thursday after placing the order.
For example, an order placed on Monday 15th January, would be available to delivery on your next planned delivery from Tuesday 22nd January.
Where a quicker turnaround is required, we are able to accommodate this but it would be subject to a surcharge of 100% to contribute towards the excessive waste incurred.
All other product specifications, which account for 97% of demand are unaffected.
