On Saturday evening, Clayton Glass were named winners in two categories and runners-up in three categories at this year’s National Fenestration Awards.
The National Fenestration Awards, or NFAs for short, are widely considered to be one of the the glass industry’s most prestigious sets of awards, with this year being the biggest yet, amassing more votes than ever before.
The first of Clayton’s two awards presented on the day was the ‘IGU Manufacturer of the Year’ award. This is the 5th time Clayton Glass have won in this particular category, following victories in 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2020.
The second award presented to us was to Harelaw’s Customer Service Administrator Carolanne Leeman, who picked up the ‘Young Person of the Year’ award.
Carolanne had the following to say following her victory:
“I feel honoured to have been awarded young person of the year, I would like to thank everyone who voted for me and my team at Clayton for their continued support!”
A huge congratulations to Carolanne! Everyone at Clayton Glass is extremely proud.
There were also a few categories where Clayton Glass finished in the runner-up position. Clayton’s longest-serving employee Lynn Snailham came second in the ‘Office Manager of the Year’ category, whilst Marketing Executive Jack Bernard just missed out on the ‘Social Networker of the Year’ award. Clayton Glass also finished as runners-up in the ‘Best Use of Video’ bracket.
Managing Director Ryan Green had this to say:
“It’s been another tough year in our industry, but once again the National Fenestration Awards have delivered. I think it’s important that we continue to recognise the companies and individuals in our industry for their achievements.
“We’re delighted with both of our award wins. Well done to Carolanne on her ‘Young Person of the Year’ award, really well deserved, but also well done to everyone at Clayton Glass, who all contributed to us winning the ‘IGU Manufacturer of the Year’ title, this is an award for everyone across our six sites. It’s brilliant to see everyone recognised for their hard work.”
“Congratulations to everyone who won and everyone who was nominated in businesses across fenestration, very well done, and thank you to everyone who voted for Clayton Glass and members of my team.”
