Update to Commodity Surcharge

Over the past few months, sustained global instability and changing market conditions have meant the cost of raw materials, and especially energy, has risen sharply and continues to be volatile. We’ve absorbed these fluctuations for as long as possible, but we now need to adjust our surcharge structure to reflect current market realities.

As a result, our Commodity Surcharge will be increasing by 3p/kg to 15p/kg for all deliveries taking effect from 1st October 2026.

Because this adjustment is tied directly to raw material markets, we will continue reviewing the rate monthly. As soon as costs ease, the surcharge will come down accordingly; we’re committed to managing this as dynamic, temporary relief rather than a fixed increase.

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these market conditions together.
