This page contains the latest price (pence per kilogram) of the energy surcharge on our products due to the levies now being very widely applied by the float manufacturers.

Factors influencing the level are increasingly complex. To maintain supply, we purchase from a wider number of manufacturers, some of which rebased energy by adding to the basic glass price, and whilst there has been government support announced, the effect on rates we are seeing is minimal, if at all. The levy we apply however, remains linked to the excess energy element of the products we supply.

For orders placed from Jan 2024, the energy surcharge is currently chargeable at 17p/kg. We will update you of any changes in the future.
